Anti snoring splint
An anti snoring splint or apnea splint are two common denominations for a specific tooth rail used to move the lower jaw forward as one is sleeping, By maintaining the jaw in a more forward position (around 0,5 cm more than usual) the tongue and soft palate is not allowed to hinder the air ways.
The splint is often the first choice to prevent snoring.
